How Tsunami Strike Our Land?

Natural disaster is unfortunate fact in our life. Do you remember what happen on December 26th, 2004? May all of us still remember it. A huge earthquake occurred under the sea, west Sumatra. This measured 9.0 on the Richter scale. That caused tsunami in Aceh. More than two hundred thousand people were killed in Aceh. Do you still confuse with how tsunami strike our land that caused many devastation? Well, I will give you a simple description about it.

Tsunami is began with earthquake and landslide under the sea. Then, the movement of the sea water is formed. There is deformation vertical under the sea that lead into the difference height. The difference hight of the sea surface is occurred by that deformation. After that, the process on balancing the height make a great wave about 50 meters. The length of this wave can reach thousand kilometers away.The wave speed is move about 500 till 1000 kilometers an hours. This sea wave will strike hard the nearest places on ten to thirty minutes after it happened. Tsunami wave move from the sea floor to the sea surface. The black mud of the basic material from the sea floor is brought by tsunami wave. The power of tsunami is added by those material.

That is the process how tsunami come. From this description, I hope you not easy to believe that a great earthquake always follow by tsunami. Please, check the process first and don't be panic.

M y Nice Filling-cabinet

My nice filling-cabinet has square shape and its size 1 X 0.5 m.It has 4 drawers and the height of each drawer about 20 cm. It can contains about 12 clothes. It has 4 rail-aways to move it easily. It has eye-catching color,that is, combination color of black and sky-blue. Its frame has black color.The drawer front is sky-blue. The handle of each drawer is yellow. A square dark blue like a window shape become an ornament in each drawer. There is a lock on top of the drawer. If you lock it, it will automatically locks all of the drawer.It is made from plastic. It is simple and portable.

Although filling-cabinet is commonly used to keep file, I use it as cupboard. I keep all of my clothes on it. My nice filing-cabinet keep my clothes away from dust. I put my little doll, cross, rosary and clock on top of it. I placed it in the corner of my room in my simple boarding house. I've bought it in the beginning of semester one. I love this filling-cabinet because I bought it with my own money. That is my reason why I always keep it clean and move it carefully.

Sendang Jatiningsih

Sendang Jatiningsih is a better place for pray. It's located in Jitar a small village in Moyudan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. It's far from Yogyakarta city about 25km. It's near Progo river. You can believe me Sendang Jatiningsih is a comfortable place for pray because it's far from crowded. When you start to enter this place you will feel the village atmosphere and the river sounds whisper in your ears. You can pray in front of Saint Mary carve , in the cottage or in front of a big cross beside the carve. If you need a candle you can get it near the cottage in front of the carve but you must pay. The located of Sendang Jatiningsih's water in the low land and you can use a ladder to reach it. You can buy some accessories in a group of seller beside the parking area.
